Reviews and photos are accurate . Scott is easy to get hold of and responsive. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and had lots of spices, and coffee, tea, hot coco, sweetener, creamer, tea. I enjoyed the balcony in the afternoon as it gets plenty of sun and was very comfortable outside sitting in late March .Also the 3 burner grill was nice and used 2 times since weather was so mild.

Great place overall, but a bit smaller than you'd think from the photos. Make sure to bring snow tires, chains, or an all-wheel-drive vehicle if you are going in the winter because it is easy to get stuck on the slope leading to the driveway, or in the driveway itself (this isn't a comment about the place, but a mistake I made and I hope other's don't). Very nice aesthetic and cozy feel!

Overall this was a great place for a weekend getaway. We've stayed at a lot of different ABNB's in Brianhead throughout the years. I liked that this one had what seemed like new furnishings and appliances. The place was clean and everything worked and there was enough room for our family of four. The host was responsive and accommodating, so that was really nice too. My only negative comment is that if you're a light sleeper, you might get woken up by the main garage door (roll up and regular) because its right next to the unit. Both nights we were there, someone activated the garage door and slammed the person sized door at 11pm and it woke me up. My wife and kids didn't notice it though. beds were comfy.

Had a great stay at Scott’s condo. The location is closest to Giant Steps lift and not far from Navaho lift. A bit too far to walk, but you can pick up the shuttle just a short walk down the street. We choose to drive to the lifts since the weather was nice, it was great being able to park in the garage so the car wasn’t freezing! The kitchen was the best stocked one we’ve stayed in, had everything you need to cook meals, from cooking oils to waffle iron! Everything is as shown in the pics, heater works good but seldom came on when the fireplace was on, it actually puts out a good amount of heat! Thanks for a great little getaway for my wife and I.

One of the best locations if you're visiting the mountain to ski or snowboard. Everything is close and easily accessible. This is one of the nicest places we've stayed in on our many trips to Brianhead. Layout is convenient, bedroom is very large and plenty of room for gathering in the living room or kitchen. Took a quick trip to Brian Head for some snowboarding and this location was perfect! It was less than a 5 minute drive to the Giant Steps and absolutely beautiful surroundings. The fireplace made it so cozy and comfortable. We were able to use the fully equipped kitchen to whip up a quick dinner after a night run on the slopes! Scott was so friendly and helpful and we will definitely come back to this location!

Scott is a very easy to communicate with; his condo is exactly as described in pictures and description. It is across the street from Giant Steps lift / general store, so very easy to get to and from, if that is your destination for skiing. We noticed that at night is was extremely quiet on the road as well as within this condo building. One thing i don't remember reading about his place is that the mattress in the bedroom is a memory foam, which was a VERY NICE bonus!

Scott was extremely accommodating. He checked on us the following day, Christmas Day, to ensure that we were taken care of, and if we had any questions, do not hesitate to ask! The lobby and condo was quaint, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. We were less than a 10-minute walk from the Giant Steps ski lift, Rosales Mexican restaurant, pizza, last chair bar and grill and the Brian Head General store with everything you need. The indoor parking garage, including the hot tub and the sauna, stood out from the rest! We will certainly be back!

What a great spot! I've stayed at a lot of condos at Brian Head, but I really really enjoyed this one! The kitchen... Very well stocked. Great gas fireplace to sit by and watch the snow fall outside. The bedroom as spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Loved that it's central heat! And with a smart thermostat. The bathroom is perfect, and it also has a small wall heater in case you like it warmer in there at night. (I sleep in a cold room, but the middle of the night bathroom trip was warm and cozy!) Absolutely love there's a garage to park in. The hot tubs were great, and there's a sauna in there as well. It's all within the building so no need to go outside to access. Less than a quarter mile to giant steps lift / parking. A great place!
